This sign is made using birch hardwood and is sized approximately 11" x 23" x 1/2". I paint this white and use professional quality red, white and blue matte vinyl lettering. I've attached a couple of close up's and hope you can see the detail in this sign. There are several layers of vinyl that go into creating the AMAZING detail in this sign!!! For instance, on the word America - I lay down the navy blue vinyl first, than lay line by line all of the red and white stripes and star by star each of the white stars to create what you see here. I paint the back of the sign and drill a keyhole so it will hang nice and flush against your wall. Finally, I seal it with a clear protective coat to keep you sign beautiful for years to come.
